Are you interested in becoming the treasurer for your sports club? Or perhaps you want to manage your personal finances through bookkeeping? In this presentation, Sander Kooijmans covers the fundamentals of bookkeeping. You will learn about key concepts such as the ledger, journal, balance sheet, and income statement, step by step. Additionally, you will understand the differences between debit and credit, as well as debtors and creditors.
Sander will illustrate these concepts using Gogo Account, an open-source bookkeeping application he has developed over the past 19 years and has successfully used in five clubs.
